The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2020, dated 28.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 341, 323, 324, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the occurrence is said to have taken place on 27.03.2020, but the F.I.R. was lodged after several hours of delay on 28.03.2020. He has further submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence as well and there is no injury report on record.

In the four other cases in which the petitioner has earlier been made accused, he has been granted bail.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
