The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the two accused persons made an attempt to steal the panel and window A/C belonging to the informant and on chase while one of the accused managed to escape, the petitioner was caught.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case under misunderstanding. He is in custody since 25.2.2021 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

Case no. 101 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M 1st Class, Patna.
