The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made against the petitioner that he assaulted the brother-in-law of the informant, namely, Hardev Paswan with iron rod on his head and it would be evident from the impugned order that the injury report issued by the doctor corroborates the allegation made in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438
