The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pakaribrawa (Dhamaul) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2015 registered under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the serious nature of the offence and the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner and others subjected the daughter of the informant to cruelty for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and killed her, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the prayer made under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
