The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri O.P.) P.S. Case No.301 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 326, 307, 506, 120(B) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47994 of 2021(2) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
