2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections Sections 8(b), 18(b), 20(b)(ii) (c) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., are alleged to be involved in cultivation of opium.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. No incriminating article has been

Similarly situated coaccused, namely, Haricharan Rakyasan, Tuntun Kumar and Rajendra Singh Bhokta have already been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 88304 of 2024, Cr. Misc. No. 13786 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 10160 of 2025 on 30.01.2025, 05.03.2025 and 28.02.2025 respectively. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioners are in custody since 20.02.2025. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the general and omnibus nature of accusation, clean antecedents of the petitioners and period of custody, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-1st Cum Special Judge (SC/ST, Children and NDPS
