However, the petitioner could not avail the liberty granted by this court.

The present application has been filed for extension of time.

Considering the reasons stated in MJC application, the order dated 3.4.2018 is modified to the extent that in case

Patna High Court MJC No.3213 of 2018(4) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 petitioner files the appeal before the State Appellate Authority latest 29.10.2018, the Appellate Authority will condone the delay and entertain the appeal.
