The case is registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 215 of 2021.

The allegation against the petitioner who is the husband of the deceased is that after the marriage he was regularly demanding a motorcycle and Rs. 1 lakh as dowry. On the fateful day, the informant got knowledge that she is ill and later came to know that she is dead. When he reached the place of her in-laws, he came to know that mortal remains have already been consigned to flames.

In view of the above facts, this Court does not find any merit in the bail application and the same is accordingly rejected.
