Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that when protest was made for ploughing the paddy on the land of the informant then petitioner No. 1 Kamlesh Singh with Gadasa, petitioner No. 4 Vinay Singh with Farsa and petitioner No. 5 Ram Niwas Singh with lathi assaulted on the head of the informant and when son of the informant came to rescue then he was also assaulted and cash of Rs. 1000/- and mobile of the nephew of the informant were snatched by Kamlesh Singh and Vinay Singh. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15903 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2015 2/2 petitioners that petitioners are agnates of the informant and the accusation has been levelled in the background of partition dispute when the injuries of the informant and his son were found to be simple. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agiaon(Garahani) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
