1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case no. 183 of 2024 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. As per the prosecution case, 2.25 litres of mahua liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. He is in custody since 30.4.2024 and undertakes to cooperate in the case.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the FIR and his having remained in custody since 30.4.2024, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case no. 183 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Excise Court-01, Gaya.
