1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No.525/2023, registered under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Sighal Shankar @ Sidhharth Shankar had approached this court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.5285/2024 but the same was disposed of in term of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536/2024 (Naushad Ansari Vs. State of Bihar). It is submitted that the case of the petitioner is on a similar footing, as such, seeking parity,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40625 of 2024(2) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 it is prayed that the instant anticipatory bail application be also disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536/2024 (Naushad Ansari Vs. State of Bihar).

4. The learned APP does not oppose the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536/2024 (Naushad Ansari vs. State of Bihar).

6. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a representation within a period of three weeks from today before the concerned Superintendent of Police of the district and the Investigating Officer of the case with a web copy of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536/2024 (Naushad Ansari vs. State of Bihar) and the Superintendent of Police shall ensure that Investigating Officer of the case strictly adhere to the direction contained in the said order.
