As the matter relates to Central Administrative Tribunal governed by the provision of Administrative Tribunal, 1955, in that view of the matter, this Court cannot proceed with the matter in view of the jurisdiction conferred upon the aforesaid Tribunal.
Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central
Patna High Court CWJC No.5100 of 2009 (3) dt.11-01-2018 Administrative Tribunal.
If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the Tribunal, while considering the limitation, will take into account the pendency of this writ application before this Court since 20.4.2009.
