ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2019 in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.78 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 201, 401, 413, 414, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there was no recovery actually from his possession, later on, on the basis of the statement made by one Dhananjay Tiwari, the petitioner was arrested and one TVS motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered in front of the house of the present petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37444 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 petitioner further submits that the said Dhananjay Tiwari, on whose statement the petitioner was taken into custody, has since been extended the privilege of regular bail in Cr.Misc. No.36244 of 2019, vide order dated 10.06.2019.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.78 of 2019.
