====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-11-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove all the defects as pointed out by office within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Dr.Mrityunjaya Kr.Gautam, learned A.P.P. for the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17564 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53051 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 petitioners were granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court on 04.11.2020 with a direction within a period of four weeks but due to circumstances beyond their control, they could not surrender. It is further submitted that petitioners are ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- with the District Level Legal Services Authority at West Champaran.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances stated in the present application and the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners on instruction that the petitioners are ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- with the District Level Legal Services Authority at West Champaran, this Court directs that in case of their arrest or surrender within two weeks from today, the petitioners shall be given the benefit of the order dated 04.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17564 of 2020. While accepting the bail bond learned court below shall ensure that the receipts showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- with the District Level Legal Services Authority is duly filed before the court. Rest of the order dated 04.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17564 of 2020 shall remain intact.
