JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner claims that he has filed application for grant of arms licence for N.P. Bore Revolver/Pistol on 15.01.2014. He further claims that police has already submitted a report stating that the petitioner has threat upon his life and property. It has also been stated in the police report that brother of the petitioner has been killed by the miscreants on 28.12.2013. However, it is submitted that no decision has been taken by the licensing authority as yet. In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Licensing Authority-cum-District Magistrate, Lakhisarai to take a decision upon the application of the
