3. If that be so, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. However, it will be open to the petitioner to submit her objection, which it is said had been invited by the BSEB earlier.

4. The BSEB will be obliged to take decision on the petitioner's objection in this regard, within a period of one month from the date of filing of objection by the petitioner, if such objection is filed within a period of four weeks from today.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this application stands disposed of.
