Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.4, namely, Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition, do the needful in accordance with law and complete the investigation of Paroo P.S. Case No.38 of 2016 expeditiously,
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.453 of 2016 dt.04-07-2016 2/2 preferably, within a period of six months, ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and necessary security of the petitioner is taken care of. Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, and Officer-in-Charge, Paroo Police Station.
