2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dholbazza P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 96/3(5) of the B.N.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim recorded under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38915 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 Section 180 of Cr.P.C., it appears that she was in relationship with the petitioner and had eloped with him.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Naugachia, DistrictBhagalpur/ Successor Court/concerned Court below in connection with Dholbazza P.S.
