JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/427/504/379//435 of the Indian Penal Code It is alleged that the accused persons came at the house-cumshop of the informant and co-accused Shankar Sah opened fire but caused injury to none. The accused persons put on fire his shop and taken away 30 bags of cement, two quintal iron rod and they also abused the informant by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Shankar Sah, accusations of taking away cement, iron rod and putting the house and shop of the informant in fire are omnibus and general. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
