2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 140(2), 127(2), 127(7), 305(b) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have demanded Rs. 2 lakhs as compensation for the accident caused by the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no direct allegation against the petitioner as the FIR has been lodged against three unknown persons. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj/ concerned Court in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025.
