Patna High Court CWJC No.23388 of 2011 dt.24-09-2015 2/2 Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 2 from which it transpires that all dues have been paid to the petitioner, except difference of gratuity. It is submitted that for the same, a cheque was earlier issued but returned undelivered due to which a fresh cheque has been issued in favour of the petitioner under cheque no. 127598 dated 04.09.2015 for Rs. 5560/- drawn on Punjab National Bank, East Gandhi Maidan, Patna Branch which is being handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, the petitioner shall have liberty to file a representation before the Executive Officer of the Board, if there is any further payment due to the petitioner.

If such a representation is filed within three weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the concerned officer shall look into it and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks thereafter. If any further payment is required to be made pursuant to the said order, the same shall also be paid, within the next three weeks.
