It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34175 of 2014 but inadvertently in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 34175 of 2014 the alias name of the petitioner 'Rajesh Kumar Paswan' was left to be typed and similarly the father's name of the petitioner was also wrongly typed as 'Rajaram Paswan' in place of 'Sitaram Paswan' and on account thereof similar mistake has occurred in order dated 23.01.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34175 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the name of petitioner as well as father's

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6724 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 name of the petitioner in cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 34175 of 2014 within course of the day and accordingly, in cause title of order dated 23.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34175 of 2014, the name of the petitioner 'Rajesh Paswan' and father's name of the petitioner 'Rajaram Paswan' respectively be read as 'Rajesh Paswan @ Rajesh Kumar Paswan' and 'Sitaram Paswan' in place thereof.

The order dated 23.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34175 of 2014 stands modified to the above extent only. In the aforesaid manner this modification petition stands disposed of.
