The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1007 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 447, 354 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submissions made at the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21251 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2016 2 / 2 Bar that a complaint case, inter alia, under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code was filed after 45 days of the occurrence and there is no plausible explanation for the undue delay caused in filing the complaint, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. 1007 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
