JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Departmental Promotion Committee by an order dated 07.12.2018 has granted promotion to the petitioner, however consequential benefits has not been given.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the order of promotion has been passed recently, consequential benefits would be given to the petitioner within a period of 08 weeks from today.
