2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 272 of 2012 for the offence registered under sections 498(A) of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that she was married to the petitioner on 09.05.2003 but later, the accused person started torturing for dowry. In between, they also ensured abortion of the lady. Later, the Panchayat took place, she returned to the in-law's house, blessed with a son but after the death of the complainant's father, once again the demand was made. The allegation is that he performed second marriage in the year 2012. Later, she was forced out of the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not performed second marriage, the lady herself deserted him, he being handicapped.

Learned APP on the other hand has taken this Court to learned Sessions Judge order to show that his anticipatory bail was rejected in the year 2019 whereafter neither he surrendered nor moved before the Patna High Court and five years later, another anticipatory bail was filed before the Sessions Court.

Considering the allegation as also the observations of the learned Sessions Judge which has been recorded above, the matter is of the year 2012, even as per the learned Sessions Judge order, he got information in the year 2019 when he filed his first anticipatory bail, it was rejected, for five years, he evaded arrest. Thereafter, again anticipatory bail was filed which has been rejected by the learned Sessions Judge.

7. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

8. If the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks, the Court concerned shall take up the matter and dispose
