The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No.6 of 2019 (Bounsi P.S. Case No.43 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 20, 22 & 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 2 Kg Ganja was seized from the joint house of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the quantity of Ganja seized is less than the commercial quantity, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be
