JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 147, 341, 323, 326A, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioners that they threw acid on the face and body of the informant and his nephew causing injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation has been levelled in the background of serious land dispute and litigated relationship between the parties from before. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11274 of 2015 (3) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 825 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
