Petitioner is accused in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015 registered under Sections 454, 456, 380, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
