2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per allegation, the informant got an information that accused Vinod Rai and Jaynandan Rai used to sell Ganja in their house. Thereafter, the house of Jaynandan Rai was searched and from the room of his house 200 grams Ganja kept in a plastic bag was recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the quantity which is alleged to be recovered, comes under

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 , subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
