Looking into the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The court below shall, however, look into the allegation and so-called statements made before the Magistrate under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and verify the authenticity thereof and decide accordingly.

Anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2014, G.R. No. 294 of 2014 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
