Learned counsel for the respondents is present. The prayer of the petitioner in this writ is confined to question of the order dated 29.08.2009 passed by respondent no. 4, Sub Divisional Education Officer, Begusarai cum Incharge Officer, Midday Meal Programme, rejecting the offer of the petitioner under Mid Day Meal Programme has definitely now become infructuous, inasmuch as, the said contract itself was confined only for a period of one year, for 2009-10. That being so, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
