2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Court is proceeding in Title Suit No. 199 of 2001 and is not proceeding in Title Suit No. 161 of 2001. Accordingly, he has submitted that this case may be disposed of with an observation that the hearing may be done in both the cases analogously.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection and submits that learned Court below is already hearing both the cases analogously.
4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with the observation that both the cases i.e. Title Suit No. 161 of 2001 and Title Suit No. 199 of 2001 be heard analogously in view of the order dated 04.12.2017 in Title Suit No. 161 of 2001 and the learned Court below shall take all possible steps for early disposal of both the cases and shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to any party.
