The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-payment of the arrears.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the State Government has already taken a decision with regard to payment of arrears, as contained in annexure 3 wherein the authorities were required to examine the records and ensure payment of arrears in five installments.

In view of the decision as contained in annexure 3, the respondents are required to take final decision, if not already taken within a maximum period of four months from today and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15924 of 2017 dt.22-02-2018 2/2 arrears, if the petitioner is found entitle, must be paid within the same period.
