Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kutumba P.S.Case No.39 of 2019 registered for an offence under Sections 386 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of CLA Act.
Informant alleges that one Anuj Ram @ Jayant @ Pritam, who is said to be TPC area Commander of Naxal organization demanded Rangdari of Rs.50,000/- on his mobile phone from the informant. This petitioner who is brother of Anuj Ram @ Jayant @ Pritam is also alleged to be indulged in the same offence.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that simply
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36843 of 2019(3) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 because petitioner is brother of co-accused Anuj Ram who is said to be of Naxal organization, he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.03.2019 and chargesheet has already been submitted.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S.Case No.39 of 2019.
