2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1127C of 2016 dated 22.10.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Subesh Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no serious allegation against this petitioner and as per FIR, which is based on complaint, the petitioner played a role of Deed Writer in writing the alleged sale deed, except this, there is no allegation against him. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no any

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41609 of 2024(2) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 kind of concern with the land in question which is said to have been transferred through the alleged sale deed. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got fair and clean antecedent.

4. Mr. Ram Bilash Roy Raman, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly the nature of allegation appearing against this petitioner and also, his fair and clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Complaint Case No. 1127C of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Shailendra Singh, J) maynaz/- U T
