3/4 together and are being disposed of by this common order. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners, being the candidates for the posts of Panchayat Teacher, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No.06 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that neither the petitioners were appointed to the posts of Panchayat Teacher nor did they take any remuneration for the said posts. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also produced a copy of the order dated 8.7.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.24198 of 2015, by which other similarly situated co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners stand similarly placed, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
4/4 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Cr.Misc. Nos.44018 and 46371 of 2014 and to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Cr.Misc.
