The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 521 of 2013, registered for the offence punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 1,50,000/- for treatment of his wife. On demand, the petitioner issued a cheque of Rs. 1,50,000/- which was dishonoured.

It is submitted that the petitioner and the informant are friends. The complainant somehow got the cheques of the petitioner and presented before the bank after forging the signature. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sarika Vahalia, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st, Gaya in Complaint Case No. 521 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.)
