1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case no. 93 of 2023 registered under sections 21(a) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 41 bottles of Onerex cough syrup, 72 capsules of Diclofenac Sodium & Dicyclomine HCL and 10 tablets of Nitrazepam 10 mg were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner is in custody since 13.3.2023 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, his being in custody since 13.3.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case no. 93 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge NDPS Act, Sitamarhi.
