Having perused the order under appeal passed, on 11.09.2013, in C.W.J.C. No.6358 of 1998, by a learned single Judge of this Court and, having heard Mr. Raju Giri, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the appellants, we do not find that the order, dated 11.09.2013, suffers from any infirmity, legal or

Noticing disinclination of this Court to admit the appeal, it has been submitted, on behalf of the appellants, that the appellants may be granted two weeks' time to comply with the directions, which had been given by the earlier order. In view of the above, while dismissing the appeal, we reluctantly allow ten days' time, with effect from today, to the appellants to comply with the directions given by the order under appeal, dated 11.09.2013.
In terms of the above observations and directions, this appeal shall stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
