JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner opened a Counselling Institute and he took original certificates and cash of Rs.35000 from Kishore Kumar and Rs.44000/- from Ashish Kumar and thereafter went missing after closing the office. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that money has already been returned.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13554 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 307 of 2011 pending in the court of learned CJM, Muzaffarpur.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
