JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379,411 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 40 of Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972.

Two tractors loaded with sand were intercepted. It was suspected case of illegal mining. The drivers of the tractors in question escaped from the scene.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are simply drivers and they were not knowing that the sand was being loaded after making illegal mining. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20301 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Aurangabad. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
