BAJANTHRI) 28-08-2023 The present M.J.C. petition is filed for noncompliance of this Court's order dated 07.01.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20566 of 2021 read with petitioners' representation dated 27.01.2022.

2. The concerned authority has proceeded to consider the grievance of the petitioners at various levels. A committee was constituted and report was submitted by the committee on 23.02.2022, thereafter, it was considered and orders were passed on 26.10.2022 read with 20.01.2023 which are part and parcel of show cause notice and supplementary show cause notice filed on behalf of respondents.

3. In the light of these development, the present

Patna High Court MJC No.1196 of 2022(3) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 M.J.C. petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioners to assail the action of the respondents, if petitioners are still aggrieved.
