2. By relying on the order dated 02.06.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the encroachment is not being removed because of the non-cooperation by the SubDivisional Officer, Natkatiyaganj.

3. In these circumstances, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Narkatiyaganj and the Circle Officer, Sikta are directed to act in accordance with law and remove the alleged encroachment within one month from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
