2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case no. 84 of 2022 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 363, 365, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that the informant is security Manager in Delhi Delivery B. Limited Company. It is alleged that the FIR named accused along with some unknown persons entered his office and pressurized him to bring wine from Delhi through courier service. The accused persons also threatened of dire consequences and kidnapped one security

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has been surfaced in this case on the basis of one mobile number from which, it is alleged that the informant was being threatened. There is no consistent material against the petitioner. It is further submitted that FIR named co-accused Diwakar Jayswal has already been enalarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. NO. 27540 of 2022.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Sadar P.S. Case no. 84 of 2022, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea subject
