Petitioners are accused in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 326, 341, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. and section 3/4 of the Witch (Dayan) Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37212 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 2241 of 2018 on 29.06.2018 and 14.03.2018 respectively.

Having considered the above facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35943 of 2019(3) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017/G.R. No. 2052 of 2017.
