2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) PS Case No. 183/2023 dated 22.02.2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 426, 504, and 506 of the IPC.
3. The informant who is a revenue employee of Braiy Panchayat, Khagaria Circle has lodged an FIR stating therein that on 22.02.2023 at about 1:00 PM when the informant reached his office, the petitioner caught his neck and threatened to kill him and also tore Register-II of Mauza Kauniya.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to the fact

No.38896 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/3 that he had submitted an application for plantation before the revenue office of Kashimpur Panchayat vide Annexure-2 and in relation to this application he used to call and meet the revenue Karamchari of Kashimpur Panchayat which was not to her liking. Therefore, at her instance, the present FIR has been lodged by revenue employee of Braiy Panchayat where the petitioner does not have any land or has no concern with the affairs of the revenue office of that Panchayat.

Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration the submission advance by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nature of allegation and the fact that petitioner had submitted a request letter for plantation in Kashimpur Panchayat where the petitioner has got landed property, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial MagistrateKhagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) PS Case No. 183/2023, subject to the condition as laid down under
