Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation raising his grievance before Respondent No.3, Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara and interest of justice shall be subserved if Respondent No.3 is directed to dispose the representation in accordance with law, filed by the petitioner available at Annexure-5 series.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Veer Kunwar Singh University has got no objection.

4. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.284 of 2021(5) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 Respondent No.3, Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara is directed to dispose the representation at Annexure-5 series, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
