2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, allegation against these petitioners is of assaulting on head of informant by means of iron rod.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only with a view to harass and humiliate these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they assaulted on the head of informant by means of iron rod. Doctor has found the injuries sustained by the injured to be grievous in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
