The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kawakole P.S.Case No.140 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that even according to the FIR no overt act is alleged against the petitioner and the specific overt act is alleged against co-accused Kailu Chaudhary and Guhan Chaudhary, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-
