JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2022 The limited prayer made in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Khagaria to dispose of the pending application of the petitioner for grant of arms license, which is stated to have been filed on 28.01.2011.

The Ld. Counsel for the Respondent State submits that in case the said application of the petitioner for grant of arms license is pending, the same shall be disposed of within a stipulated time frame. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Khagaria to dispose of the aforesaid application of the petitioner for grant of arms license, if not already disposed of, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
